Senior Manager Compensation will lead compensation strategy and administration for Support Center and Commercial functions while partnering on executive compensation, equity administration, and compensation governance. The role owns year-end planning activities and helps ensure compliant, market-aligned compensation programs and governance deliverables, including Compensation Committee materials and proxy support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead compensation strategy and administration for Support Center and Commercial functions
- Serve as lead compensation advisor for offers, promotions, lateral moves, market adjustments, and reorganizations
- Lead year-end compensation planning cycle including merit, bonus, and equity
- Maintain compensation governance, Career Framework infrastructure, and salary structures
- Support executive compensation analysis, Compensation Committee materials, proxy-related deliverables, and equity governance
