About this role
Senior Manager, Data Analysis will lead cross-functional teams to validate enterprise analytics tools and methodologies across the Retail Bank/Enterprise Payments domain. You will plan and execute validation projects, assess tool quality and risk, and mentor junior staff while communicating results to leadership.

- Understanding technical issues in analytical tools and assessing tool risks/opportunities
- Prototyping industry best practices for emerging analytical tools

Focus on statistical modeling, econometrics, and analytics within financial services; expertise in open source data technologies, data governance, and predictive analytics; capable of prototyping industry best practices for analytical tools.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data analytics leader with 5+ years of data analytics experience and 2+ years of people management, capable of leading an enterprise-wide analytics validation framework and mentoring a large team in financial services.
Must-Have Skills
