About this role
Store Manager Candidate supports the Store Manager in all store operations including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling. The role is intended to develop external candidates for the Store Manager position with a focus on compliance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting and staffing activities
- Assist with store merchandising and inventory management
- Manage in-store cash handling and deposits
- Review operating statements for trends and opportunities
- Ensure store compliance with laws and company policies
Technical Overview
Primarily retail operations with emphasis on inventory control, merchandising practices, cash handling, and hiring processes. Requires familiarity with cash registers and safety policies.

A candidate with proven retail operations experience who can manage inventory, staff, and merchandising while ensuring cash handling and safety procedures are followed. Strong leadership and customer-service orientation are essential.
