Senior Manager, Intelligence Systems Lab leads development and benchmarking of agentic AI systems, partnering across Commercial, GPS/Manufacturing, Clinical Development, and Research to translate research into production-ready AI solutions.

Technical Overview
Hands-on ML/AI development with agentic architectures; frameworks like Strands, LangGraph, DSPy, AutoGen, CrewAI; RAG apps and knowledge graphs; cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP); Python and ML libraries; rigorous evaluation methods.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior AI researcher/manager with 5+ years of hands-on ML/AI experience, leadership capabilities, and a track record deploying agentic AI solutions with cross-functional impact.
