About this role
Owns 8x8’s internal narrative infrastructure and executive communications to align employees and leadership around one platform story. Builds communication cadence, supports All Hands, and helps craft executive messaging and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own internal narrative strategy and platform story alignment
- Build and maintain internal communication cadence (weekly digest, monthly strategic updates)
- Craft executive messaging (scripts, talking points, presentations)
- Develop thought leadership content via Executive Insights
- Partner with HR for meaningful All Hands meetings
Technical Overview
Primarily communications strategy and enablement: managing internal narrative cadence, maintaining the Marketing intranet site, and producing executive communication assets across scripts, talking points, and presentations. Coordinates closely with HR, Product, and PMM to translate external-facing messaging into internal clarity.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior internal communications leader who can own a company-wide internal narrative and build a consistent communication cadence. They write clear executive messaging (scripts, talking points, presentations) and partner cross-functionally with HR, Product, and PMM to launch narratives internally before going external.
