About this role

National Senior Literacy Advisor leading a team of Literacy Consultants within Education Partnerships. Responsible for GTM execution, messaging, and district engagements to advance Lexia’s literacy solutions across PK-12 jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a national team of Literacy Consultants
  • Partner with Sales leadership to execute GTM strategies
  • Create messaging frameworks, demo strategy, and solution narratives
  • Align consultant support with sales goals and marketing campaigns
  • Support RFP responses and proposals

Technical Overview

Deep literacy expertise anchored in Science of Reading, PK-12 standards, and district-level implementation. Leads cross-functional efforts with Sales, Marketing, Curriculum, and Internal Learning; develops scalable demos and RFP responses.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior education leader with 7+ years PK-12 experience and 3+ years in district leadership, strong GTM and messaging capabilities, and the ability to travel up to 50%. They should excel at cross-functional collaboration and district-facing engagements.

Must-Have Skills

Minimum of a Master’s degree in EducationLiteracyCurriculum & Instructionor related field; advanced degree preferred7+ years of PK–12 experienceincluding 3+ years in large district-level or state/agency leadershipExperience in managing instructional leaders and teamsKnowledge of Science of Reading and literacy prioritiesAbility to travel 50%+
