Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a logistics procurement strategy
Lead sourcing for truckload, dedicated fleet, and LTL transportation services
Negotiate contracts balancing cost, service, and flexibility
Establish and monitor KPIs (on-time pickup/delivery, dwell time, tender acceptance, damage rates)
Manage carrier performance management and freight payables to ensure end-to-end accountability
