About this role
Amazon One Medical is seeking a Senior Manager to build and lead Network Intelligence and 3P (third-party) strategy for Amazon Health’s expanding provider ecosystem. The role defines frameworks for market prioritization, provider network design, and partnership evaluation, translating analytics into scalable decision-ready insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own development of network intelligence frameworks
- Lead market intelligence across major U.S. metros
- Establish partner evaluation methodologies spanning quality, financial sustainability, operational fit, and strategic durability
- Drive next-generation network design using geospatial insights and multi-factor optimization
- Translate payer economics and complex market dynamics into executive decision-ready insights
Technical Overview
This position is strategy and analytics focused: it develops market intelligence and network design models using access analytics and geospatial insights, and applies multi-factor optimization for network decisions. It also evaluates payer economics (payer mix shifts, margin durability) and constructs durable mechanisms that integrate access, economics, quality, and competitive dynamics across owned assets and third-party partnerships in a hybrid care model.
