About this role
Lead the end-to-end commissions function for accurate, timely, and scalable sales compensation operations. Own calculations, governance, system integrity, cross-functional execution with Sales Ops/HR/Finance, and provide executive reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly/quarterly commission calculations and payouts
- Ensure SoX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and sales compensation policy compliance
- Oversee Xactly and data integrity across systems
- Build scalable commissions processes and automation/integrations
- Deliver executive reporting on attainment, trends, and exceptions
Technical Overview
Own commissions systems (notably Xactly), ensure data integrity across inputs/outputs, and lead process automation and integrations with CRM and upstream data sources. Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities and build scalable global processes, including SLA/QA standards and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of experience leading commissions and sales compensation operations, including end-to-end commission calculations, validation, and payouts using Xactly. They have strong audit/compliance experience (SoX/Sarbanes-Oxley and sales compensation policies) and advanced Excel/data skills, with proven ability to scale processes in high-growth SaaS environments.
