Senior Manager of Technical Program Management responsible for leading a portfolio of programs in Capital One's Card Tech+ organization, driving technical execution across cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based payment experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions
- Mentor engineers and participate in code evaluation
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, and data science
- Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
Technical Overview
Leads distributed microservices and full-stack platforms; utilizes AWS and other cloud services; emphasis on scalable, regulated systems; proficient in Agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level technical program manager with 5+ years leading complex, distributed systems programs, strong cloud experience (AWS preferred), and a track record of delivering in regulated environments. Excellent cross-functional leadership and agile execution are essential.
