About this role
Lead order fulfillment operations across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile to ensure accurate, on-time delivery at scale. Manage teams supporting pre-order (inbound) and post-order (outbound) workflows, and oversee shipping processes including carrier management and HazMat shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive fulfillment precision, efficiency, and scalability across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile
- Manage inbound and outbound order workflows (product inventory, availability, sourcing, picking, packing, staging, delivery)
- Lead shipping processes including carrier management, last-mile delivery providers, and HazMat shipping
- Oversee product roadmap and capabilities for Order Management System, Drop Ship System, and Shipment Management System
- Manage Product Managers and Fulfillment/Drop Ship and Delivery Operations leadership to maximize profitability
Technical Overview
Operate and improve fulfillment systems including the Order Management System, Drop Ship System, and Shipment Management System, aligning product roadmaps and shipping capabilities to support scalable order management, picking, packing, staging, and delivery.

The ideal candidate is a senior operations leader with experience in e-commerce and store and supply-chain fulfillment operations across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile. They have strong team management and data analysis skills, and they understand shipping processes including carrier management, last-mile delivery providers, and HazMat shipping. They can lead fulfillment and drop ship/delivery operations while supporting product roadmaps for order management and shipment systems.
