About this role
Senior planning leader responsible for the end-to-end financial and inventory strategy of a division within Babylist's e-commerce business; leads forecasting, OTB, and in-season management, partnering with Merchandising and Finance to drive company performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end financial and inventory strategy for the division
- Lead the monthly OTB process
- Define divisional inventory and replenishment strategies
- Act as planning counterpart to Merchandising on assortment and pricing
- Develop and coach a team of planners
Technical Overview
Focus on divisional planning with deep expertise in forecasting, OTB management, and inventory optimization; proficient in Anaplan, Oracle Netsuite, and SAP; strong Excel skills and data-driven analysis in an omnichannel environment.

The ideal candidate is a senior planning leader with 8+ years in merchandise/inventory planning, 2+ direct reports, and strong experience owning OTB and divisional P&L.
