Senior Manager, Platform Engineering - Secure Supply Chain leads Twilio's secure software supply chain infrastructure, spanning SCM, build systems, and artifact management, with a focus on security, automation, and cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of engineers
- Define and execute strategic vision for secure supply chain capabilities
- Partner with Security, Compliance, and Product Engineering to enforce standards
- Drive operational metrics, SLAs, and continuous improvement
- Translate business needs into technical roadmaps
Technical Overview
Owns end-to-end secure supply chain platform including source control management, build pipelines, and artifact repositories; drives automation, self-service capabilities, and policy-based security standards; partners with Security Compliance and Product Engineering to enforce secure engineering practices.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior platform engineering leader with 8+ years in software engineering and 4+ years in management, capable of building a secure, scalable supply chain platform and partnering with Security and Compliance.
