Senior Manager leads premium technical support for Capital One Software Databolt, bridging high-scale software engineering with technical account management in air-gapped/self-hosted environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact for technical inquiries
- Lead MBR/QBRs
- Advocate for customer feature requests
- Manage full lifecycle of self-hosted Data Plane instances
- Own P1/P2 incident response
