Senior product management role to modernize Capital One's US Card outbound correspondence platform, delivering real-time letters, disclosures, and statements with enterprise integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete product lifecycle for the correspondence platform; drive modernization across enterprise; collaborate with Technology, Supply Chain, and Servicing Strategy; work with LOBs to onboard/offboard customer communications; translate customer needs into capabilities
