About this role
Lead product management for MarTech/AdTech capabilities within Capital One’s Enterprise Consumer Products organization. You will drive cross-functional delivery of marketing, messaging, and personalization foundations that power data-driven, hyper-personalized customer interactions.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Manager in Product Management with 5+ years of experience delivering marketing, messaging, and personalization capabilities. They combine strong product leadership with a data-driven mindset to build MarTech/AdTech foundations for hyper-personalized customer experiences.
