Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers for returns processing and reverse inventory movement
- Own the returns product roadmap with milestones and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate across Inventory and Supply Chain to align priorities and outcomes
- Partner with Data Science and Engineering on intelligent systems and data models
- Define and monitor KPIs for throughput, recovery rates, cost reduction, and processing speed

This role involves building enterprise-level returns processing and reverse inventory movement capabilities, including intelligent systems and data models.
