Senior Manager to lead the Production Support function for Financial Systems within the SAP S/4HANA landscape at CVS Health. Own end-to-end production support, user enablement, reporting, and continuous improvement for Finance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance
Ensure timely intake, triage, and resolution of production issues
Own ticket management and escalation
Lead, coach, and develop a small team
Coordinate finance transformation and system migrations with change management
