About this role
This Senior Manager - Scrum Master role drives successful execution of CVS Health’s most critical and complex IT programs. You will partner with executives and business leaders to scope initiatives, guide end-to-end execution, and ensure results through Agile, Scrum, and SAFe-aligned delivery and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and guide end-to-end execution of major global strategic IT initiatives
- Drive a consistent enterprise-wide approach to IT project delivery using Scrum, Agile, and SAFe
- Manage change across multiple programs including organizational change leadership
- Align and track resource allocation recommendations and deployment to support business priorities
- Partner with business leaders and vendors while influencing across the enterprise
Technical Overview
The technical scope centers on software delivery life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, specifically Scrum, Agile, and SAFe, to improve IT project delivery. You will manage program coordination and execution across multiple initiatives while aligning resources and managing organizational change throughout the enterprise.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior program manager who has led complex IT initiatives in large, matrixed global environments for 10+ years. They have hands-on Scrum, Agile, and SAFe experience, along with strong change management skills and the ability to influence executives, business leaders, and vendors to drive end-to-end delivery.
