Vanta seeks a Senior Manager of Security Engineering to lead the security engineering team, shape the application security program, and drive AI-enabled improvements while partnering with product and engineering.

Technical Overview

Focus on building enterprise security standards (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53), implementing SAST/DAST, and guiding security in a SaaS environment with AI-driven automation and integrated pipelines.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a security engineering leader with a track record in building and maturing application security programs in a SaaS environment, comfortable using AI to improve processes, and capable of partnering with product and engineering teams to balance risk and velocity.
