About this role
Owns the strategic direction and governance of enterprise-wide talent practices for a Fortune 500 organization. Leads the design, implementation, and measurement of scalable talent management processes and initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the enterprise talent management vision
- Design, implement, and measure talent management processes and initiatives
- Lead scalable talent solutions (competencies, testing/interviews, assessments, performance, pipelines, succession)
- Leverage business insights for program improvements
- Lead and govern talent practices across the enterprise
Technical Overview
Not a software/IT role; focuses on designing talent management systems and programs including competency models, pre-employment testing and interview guides, leadership assessments, performance development, talent pipeline planning, succession, coaching, and an internal skills-based talent marketplace.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior talent management leader who has set strategic direction and governed enterprise-wide talent practices for a large organization, ideally a Fortune 500. They have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and measuring competency models, leadership assessments, performance development, and succession/talent pipeline programs, and they can lead a team delivering scalable talent solutions.
