Senior Manager leads global tax reporting and tax provision for Kidde Global Solutions at the entity and consolidated levels, partnering with Finance and Corporate functions to optimize tax processes.
Key Responsibilities
- ASC 740 reporting
- Identification and implementation of planning opportunities
- Quarterly and year-end closing process and provision to compliance integration
- Cash tax and ETR modeling
- ASC 740 review with external auditors
Technical Overview
GAAP tax accounting focus including ASC 740; experience with tax provision software OneSource, Longview, and HFM; cross-entity consolidation and external auditor coordination.

The ideal candidate is a senior finance professional with 10+ years of multinational tax reporting experience, expert in ASC 740, and proficient with tax provision software to lead global tax reporting and consolidation.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Financeor related field10+ years of tax reporting experience in a large multinational corporate taxor accounting firm environment
