About this role

Senior Technical Lead for Oracle PPM & Cost Management responsible for design, configuration, deployment, and optimization of Oracle PPM & PCMCS/EPM solutions to support Marriott's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Technical Overview

Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM/PPM suites (PBCS/EDMCS/FCCS/PCMCS), OTA BI reports (OTBI/BIP), data integration, and cloud services; strong leadership in Agile/DevOps environments and integration with Oracle ERP layers.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior Oracle PPM/EPM specialist with 7+ years of IT experience, strong domain knowledge in hospitality finance, and a track record delivering Oracle PPM and EPM solutions (PCMCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, FCCS) in a hybrid environment.

Must-Have Skills

Undergraduate degree in an engineering or computer science discipline or equivalent experience/certification7+ years of progressive professional experience in information technology application development and support5+ years of Oracle EPM Implementation and support focused on Designmodelingimplementationtesting and maintenance5+ years of hands-on experience managing Oracle Projects & Portfolio Management module and PCMCS3+ years of experience leading delivery / architecture of Oracle EBS modules2-3 full-cycle Oracle implementation migrationsOracle PPM & EPM certifications are highly desiredExperience with cloud environments like OCIAWS; API integrations
