About this role
This role leads global Total Rewards communications for Health and Welfare, Retirement and Savings, and Compensation benefits in partnership with Total Rewards, People Operations, and HR. It blends communications strategy with team leadership and execution across multiple channels, including web, social, email/newsletters, and print.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Total Rewards and People Operations communications team
- Develop communications strategies to increase awareness and participation
- Write and edit materials across web, social, email/newsletters, and print
- Provide executive communications support to the Total Rewards Leader
- Implement processes for long-term planning and rigorous content gathering/execution
Technical Overview
The role is communications-focused rather than technical, with emphasis on structured planning, content gathering, and channel strategy for benefits and compensation programs. It supports executive communications and manages operational rigor while collaborating across HR and People Operations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior communications leader with 7-10 years of corporate communications experience, including Total Rewards communications for Health and Welfare, Retirement and Savings, and Compensation benefits. They can lead a communications team, partner with People Operations and HR, and deliver strategy plus day-to-day execution across web, social, email/newsletters, and print.
