Senior Manager responsible for U.S. import compliance and regulatory initiatives within AMD's Global Trade organization, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable U.S. import processes across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject matter expert on U.S. import compliance
- Oversee U.S. customs broker governance
- Ensure accurate customs filings and post-entry activities
- Monitor trade regulatory developments (Section 301/232, USMCA)
- Lead root cause analysis and internal compliance assessments
Technical Overview
Scope includes tariff classification, customs valuation, country of origin, Incoterms, PGA requirements; monitoring trade regulations (Sections 301/232, USMCA); post-entry reconciliations; broker governance including Power of Attorney and SOP standardization.
