About this role

This role provides Tier I–III support and engineering for the enterprise-wide LAN, WAN, wireless, and network security infrastructure. You will configure and maintain Cisco networking technologies, firewall policies, secure access using Cisco ISE, and zero-trust network access using Cisco Secure Access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier I–III support for LAN/WAN-related issues
  • Configure, administer, and maintain Cisco networking technologies including routers and switches
  • Configure firewall policies and threat protection using Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC)
  • Design and maintain secure network access using Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Cisco Secure Access
  • Track, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities identified by the Information Security team

The ideal candidate is an entry-level-to-mid senior network engineering professional with 7+ years of enterprise experience supporting LAN, WAN, wireless, and network security. They can administer Cisco routers and switches, manage Cisco Firepower (FTD and FMC), implement secure access with Cisco ISE, and deploy zero-trust network access using Cisco Secure Access.
