About this role
Senior Operations Manager (Remote) responsible for overall management and performance of a large travel operation or multiple operations. The role leads client servicing and retention, manages employees, controls budgets and expenses, and ensures quality through error management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between Account Manager and operational staff
- Provide support, coaching, and performance improvement for team members
- Manage hiring, on-boarding, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Monitor departmental expenses and manage overall budget and performance against budget
- Perform quality management such as error management and evaluate operation staffing
