About this role

Drive the operation and execution of transactional global payments and resolve payment or system issues across Expedia Group platforms. Reconcile transactions monthly, audit data outputs for accuracy, and communicate clearly with partners and vendors while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with vendors to implement new payment methods and troubleshoot existing ones
Reconcile transactions on a monthly basis
Troubleshoot internal and external payment related issues
Audit data outputs for accuracy using financial systems and reporting tools
Create and maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with data privacy/confidentiality

Technical Overview

Operational focus on payments: troubleshooting internal and external payment issues, implementing new payment methods with vendors, and auditing outputs using financial systems, databases, and reporting tools. Builds and maintains SOPs to keep daily payment operations accurate and up to date.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level payments operations professional who can run and troubleshoot global transactional payment workflows end-to-end. They have strong reconciliation and auditing experience using financial systems and reporting tools, along with the ability to create and maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality requirements. They communicate effectively with vendors and internal partners to resolve payment and system issues.
