Own accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll for a U.S. workforce. Process multi-state weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, review calculations for accuracy, handle payroll inquiries, and coordinate audits and tax filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payrolls
- Rigorously review pay, overtime, and deductions for accuracy (401k, benefits, garnishments, taxes)
- Analyze and report payroll results to stakeholders
- Reconcile payroll taxes and coordinate audits and filings with internal/external partners
- Handle employee and leader payroll inquiries and resolve complex payroll issues
Technical Overview
