PerfectServe is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and optimize its cloud platform capabilities. The role focuses on Kubernetes/containerized infrastructure, AWS-based deployment and automation (Infrastructure as Code), and integrating AI/AIOps to make the platform more resilient and self-healing.

  • Lead design and planning of cloud-native systems; Drive deployment and evolution of AWS-based solutions using Infrastructure as Code; Identify and implement AI and machine learning opportunities for platform operations including AIOps; Continuously tune and improve cloud environments for performance and reliability; Serve as technical anchor for complex infrastructure challenges

You will lead cloud-native architecture and patterns, drive AWS deployments using Infrastructure as Code and automation, and implement AI/AIOps for intelligent monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive autoscaling, incident triage, and root-cause analysis. The work emphasizes performance and reliability tuning and raising the engineering quality bar across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a senior platform engineer with deep, hands-on Kubernetes and containerized infrastructure experience and strong AWS platform expertise. They have proven success designing and operating cloud-native systems, using Infrastructure as Code and automation, and applying AIOps concepts like anomaly detection, predictive autoscaling, and self-healing infrastructure to reduce toil and improve reliability.
