About this role
Senior Principal Scientist to advance AI/ML for Drug Discovery and Development. Responsible for conceiving, developing, and deploying AI/ML models, mentoring junior scientists, and collaborating with cross-functional and external teams.

Technical Overview
Hands-on AI/ML stack including Python, C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow; experience with Generative Modeling and Foundation Models; cloud platforms AWS/Azure; Docker-based platform development; deep domain knowledge in drug discovery.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level AI/ML scientist with a PhD and 4+ years post-PhD applying AI to drug discovery. They should have a proven track record in foundation models and cross-functional collaboration, with demonstrated ability to mentor scientists and communicate complex results to diverse audiences.
