About this role
Lead scientific strategy and delivery of psychiatry-focused clinical trial services, including rater training, central monitoring, and end-point data quality across a portfolio of studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scientific delivery of psychiatry clinical trial services including rater training and central monitoring
- Contribute to study-specific delivery plans for endpoint quality and central monitoring integration
- Provide direction to internal study teams on feasibility, scale, administration standards, and timing
- Serve as primary scientific contact for assigned studies and sponsor communications
- Develop and implement rater training programs (MADRS, HAM-D, YMRS) including certification and calibration
Technical Overview
Scope includes psychiatric rating scales (MADRS, HAM-D, YMRS, PANSS), structured interview methodologies (SIGMA), rater training, central monitoring, and data quality oversight within CNS/psychiatry trials; emphasis on SOPs and training materials.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior scientist with a deep background in psychiatry/neuropsychology, extensive experience implementing psychiatric rating scales (MADRS, HAM-D, YMRS, PANSS) in CNS clinical trials, and a track record in rater training and central monitoring to ensure data quality.
