About this role
Senior Procurement Analyst will lead procurement and vendor relationship management for enterprise third parties, with a focus on compliance and governance. The role supports software procurement category strategy, manages spend categories, and assists with RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations while partnering with Legal, Finance, and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement for operating, capital, and G&A spend categories
- Develop sourcing and category strategies for software procurement
- Manage supplier/vendor relationships, contract renewals, and performance
- Support RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Ensure contract compliance and mitigate risk with Legal, Finance, and IT
Technical Overview
This role is primarily procurement-focused but includes enterprise software procurement governance topics such as software licensing models, SaaS agreements, and vendor risk assessments. Tooling may include procurement platforms such as Coupa and NetSuite, plus Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain—preferably supporting software procurement in a technology domain. They have strong vendor relationship management skills, can run RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations, and are comfortable working with Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure contract compliance and mitigate vendor risk.
