About this role
Senior Product Analyst to drive success of consumer edtech products like ABCmouse and Adventure Academy. You will design and analyze experiments, build dashboards, and translate analyses into actionable insights to improve conversion, engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze A/B tests across desktop and mobile to inform product launches
- Analyze customer behavior to understand subscription, engagement, retention, and churn
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for Product Managers and business partners
- Define and track KPIs to guide product iteration
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Technical Overview
Focus on data analytics and product analytics for consumer apps; heavy use of SQL querying, data transformation with dbt, and BI tooling (Looker/Omni/Lightdash). Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis and creating dashboards for product managers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product analytics professional with 6+ years in product/data analytics, strong SQL/dbt experience, and hands-on BI tool experience (Looker/Omni/Lightdash). They excel at designing A/B tests, building self-serve dashboards, and translating analyses into actionable product insights for edtech subscriptions.
