About this role
This hybrid senior advisor role combines Business Product Ownership, Technical Product Ownership, and Systems Analysis to support automation initiatives in PBM / Benefit Automation. The candidate will translate business and regulatory requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria while leading delivery execution with onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Business Product Owner (BPO) for automation initiatives
- Serve as Technical Product Owner (TPO) collaborating with developers, architects, and QA
- Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, release readiness, and production validation
- Develop functional and technical documentation including data mappings and business rules
Technical Overview
Owns functional/technical requirements and collaborates with developers, architects, and QA for solution design aligned to system architecture. Supports Agile/Scrum planning activities, manages dependencies/risks/blockers, and documents data mappings, business rules, automation logic, and system behaviors to ensure maintainability and quality.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior systems analysis and product ownership professional with 5+ years of experience translating complex business and regulatory needs into technical solutions. They have strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience, excel at data mapping and business rules documentation, and can lead delivery across onshore and offshore teams.
