About this role
Premier Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Designer to deliver high-quality user experiences as an individual contributor. The role designs end-to-end workflows, produces wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity designs, and collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Research.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Iterate based on feedback, research, and data
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers for delivery alignment
- Contribute to design systems, patterns, and standards
Technical Overview
The technical scope is product design execution, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet usability and accessibility standards. The designer contributes to and leverages design systems, patterns, and standards while ensuring alignment on feasibility and timelines within a POD.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product designer with 7+ years of experience designing end-to-end user experiences for a product or POD. They are strong in interaction design, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity execution, and they consistently deliver production-ready, accessible experiences while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Research.
