About this role
This role is for a Senior Product Manager on Granicus’ Operations Cloud product team. You will own long-term product vision, lead feature development from research through maintenance, and align cross-functional teams to drive growth in key metrics and improve the user experience for government customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long-term product vision and translate it into actionable plans
- Lead and collaborate across stakeholders through research, design, execution, release, and maintenance
- Align teams behind the most important initiatives at any given time
- Drive growth in key metrics and continuously improve user experience
- Serve as internal and external evangelist for solutions that support government efficiency and transparency
Technical Overview
The technical scope is product-focused rather than hands-on engineering: it includes planning and directing the end-to-end feature lifecycle (research, design, execution, release, maintenance) and using data and user outcomes to improve the Operations Cloud experience.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product manager who can own long-term product vision and translate it into actionable plans aligned with company goals. They are strong at cross-functional leadership across engineers, designers, data analysts, and product partners, using research and metrics to continuously improve user experience for government customers.
