Senior Product Manager focuses on driving growth of a portfolio of products within OraSure, including new product introductions, lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution to achieve commercial success.

Involves product lifecycle processes, market research, pricing and COGS considerations, regulatory knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, regulatory, operations, and sales.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with 5+ years in product management, preferably in medical devices/diagnostics, with a proven track record of new product introductions and cross-functional leadership.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in business or science related field is required. PhD or MBA are highly desirable5+ years of experience in product management or related function. Prior product management experience in the medical devices industry (particularly diagnostics) is highly desirableStrong track record of successful new product introductions with hands-on product development experience ranging from concept through product launchSignificant experience identifying and quantitatively assessing business opportunities and developing business plans to supportExperience conducting market research studies to understand customer needs and market trends leading to identification of new product and business opportunitiesExperience working directly with a sales team to set and meet sales targetsExperience developing key opinion leader relationships and external partnerships
Nice-to-Have Skills
PhD or MBA is highly desirable
