Senior Product Manager responsible for Broadcom/VMware mainframe foundational and open solutions product set, driving vision, strategy, roadmap, and GTM plans while collaborating with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Define vision, strategy, roadmap and releases for product set
- Intermediary between market requirements and R&D
- Prioritize features and break down into functional stories
- Remove roadblocks to meet quality, deadlines, and objectives
- Lead sales initiatives and executive stakeholder communications
Technical Overview
Focus on mainframe ecosystem (z/OS, TPX, VM: Manager, VM:Secure) with B2B licensing; leadership in cross-functional software development and Go-To-Market execution; exploration of AI/ML capabilities within product features.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with deep mainframe software experience (z/OS) and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to define vision, roadmap, and GTM initiatives for enterprise products. They excel in executive communication, stakeholder management, and navigating licensing/contracts in a B2B context.
Must-Have Skills
