Lead Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable software solutions within Infor CloudSuite and related ERP systems, while mentoring developers and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall design, development, and maintenance of software applications
Provide technical leadership and partner with cross-functional teams
Ensure high code quality through reviews and testing
Solve complex technical challenges with broad business impact
Mentor and coach junior developers

Technical Overview

Strong focus on Infor CloudSuite and ERP components (WMS, M3, ION) with frontend/backend JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React, Next.js, Nest.js, NodeJS) and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with labeling and IDM/data fabric is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a lead software engineer with at least 5 years of software development experience, proficient in Infor CloudSuite and ERP-related tooling (WMS, M3, ION). Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with cloud/ERP integrations are essential.
