Senior Program Manager to oversee complex DoD/federal programs (including space/satellite ground systems) with TS/Sci eligibility, driving schedule, cost, and technical performance under Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall program execution and communication; own IMS and WBS baselines; manage cost forecasting, schedule performance, risk management; coordinate DoD contract deliverables and data deliverables; support pre-RFP / pre-award activities

Technical Overview

Program management across DoD/federal domains with IMS/WBS discipline; experience with RMF/cybersecurity; coordinating multiple subcontractors and contract deliverables; pre-RFP/capture activities and proposal support.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior DoD program manager with TS/SCI eligibility, 7+ years leading multi-domain space or satellite ground system programs, proficient in IMS/WBS, and experienced with Agile and RMF/security processes.
