Key Responsibilities

Own IMS scope and baselines
Develop WBS and program baselines
Manage end-to-end program execution across domains
Coordinate with Contracts, Finance, and Security
Lead pre-RFP/pre-award activities and proposal execution

Technical Overview

Strong program controls, IMS/WBS discipline, and integration across technical domains; experience with RMF, cybersecurity considerations, and DoD contracting.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a U.S. citizen with a TS clearance and 7+ years managing complex DoD/federal programs, including space or satellite ground systems. They should excel in IMS/WBS-driven planning, agile environments, and cross-functional leadership across government contracts.
