Analyst II focused on ServiceNow CMDB and Knowledge Management, supporting ITOM and ITSM across Skechers. Responsible for CMDB data quality, governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, and knowledge workflows.

- MID Server installation/configuration and Discovery schedules
- Integrate CMDB with external data sources
Technical Overview
Hands-on ServiceNow CMDB admin with MID Server, Discovery, Service Mapping; integrate CMDB with external data sources; design CMDB standards per CSDM; implement Knowledge Management frameworks and KCS practices.
Ideal Candidate
ServiceNow-focused CMDB/ITOM administrator with 3+ years hands-on experience managing CMDB, Discovery, and Knowledge Management within a multi-source environment. Strong governance mindset, ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, and excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
In-depth understanding and background in ITOM Visibility (ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping)CMDBand Knowledge Management administration.Strong hands-on experience with MID Server installationconfigurationand management.Familiarity with protocols used in Discovery (e.g.WMISSHSNMPPowerShell) and experience integrating via REST/SOAP APIs.Experience integrating the ServiceNow CMDB with external data sources (e.g.SCCMWorkspace One UEMIntuneKandjiTanium) utilizing Service Graph Connectors or custom integrations.Experience developing and maintaining CMDB technical design standards aligned with the CSDM framework.Experience designing relevant Knowledge Management Frameworks and Knowledge bases on the ServiceNow Knowledge application.Strong technical leadership skills and a solid understanding of overall IT infrastructure (networksserversvirtualizationcloud).Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent organization skills and an ability to develop and implement plans for transforming issues/requests to completion.
