About this role
This role directs complex IT technical projects focused on software migration and customer adoption of Broadcom mainframe platform solutions. The Senior Project Manager owns project success by establishing governance, managing stakeholders, and controlling schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale complex projects from inception to implementation
- Create and implement project policies, procedures, and quality control standards
- Establish budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage risks
- Communicate project status, risks, and ROI to executive leadership
- Mentor project teams and manage Broadcom and customer resources
Technical Overview
Leads cross-functional mainframe software migration programs, including portfolio oversight and program-level engagements. Builds project schedules, manages governance and quality control standards, and drives documentation and measurement of project outcomes for executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a senior IT Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional, high-stakes software migration projects—especially mainframe software programs. They excel at project governance, stakeholder management, budget/risk/issue management, and executive reporting, with a proven track record of on-time, successful delivery.
