Position Details
About this role
Manage Information Technology projects consisting of cross-functional teams, including contract resources, with budgets typically ranging from $250K to $15 million. Lead projects through initiation, execution, and closeout per PMI standards in a hybrid office model.
Key Responsibilities
- * Responsible and accountable for overall project performance for projects, subprojects, processes, new technology programs, and organizational initiatives
- * Ensures project costs, schedule, and scope are managed, including recovery plans, to stay within approved limits
- * Identify and obtain project team resources with Manager support; help ensure resources are identified and obtained
- * Communicate with sponsor and stakeholders on project issues; provide executive-level presentations
- * Interface with internal and external stakeholders and contract service providers as applicable
Technical Overview
PM framework driven by PMI standards; tools include ServiceNow, MS Project, MS Office suite; capable of budget management, risk mitigation, and change management in IT environments.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior IT project manager with 4-7 years of experience, CAPM/PMP certification, and strong stakeholder management. They should be proficient with ServiceNow, MS Project, and MS Office, and comfortable working in a hybrid schedule across IL offices.
