About this role

Senior Project Manager will oversee cradle-to-grave FAA infrastructure projects, lead interdisciplinary teams, develop work plans, assess risks, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality adherence while coordinating with the client and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

Leads interdisciplinary teams of project professionals and manages their work effort
Prepares work plans based on customer scope of work packages
Develops risk management plan for each assigned project
Ensures safe work practices and regulatory compliance
Monitors and reports to management on progress

Technical Overview

Requires knowledge of engineering/construction processes, AutoCAD, and PC software; familiarity with FAA requirements and FAR/DFARS; ability to write work plans, estimate costs, and monitor project performance.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior-level project manager with 10+ years of engineering management experience on large-scale FAA infrastructure programs, strong leadership and communication, and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams remotely with up to travel.
