Senior Project Manager (Healthcare Information Systems) responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex healthcare IT projects across the lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of healthcare information system projects
Collaborate with clinicians, IT, executives, and vendors to gather requirements and objectives
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports
Ensure regulatory compliance and data security throughout lifecycle
Mentor junior project managers and manage vendor relationships

Technical Overview

Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, SNOMED CT), HIPAA/HITECH compliance, data security, and governance. Experienced with vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, and cross-functional leadership in IT and healthcare settings.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior IT project manager with 8+ years delivering complex healthcare IT projects, strong regulatory knowledge (HIPAA/HITECH/GDPR), and experience guiding cross-functional teams and vendors.

Must-Have Skills
