Senior Project Manager, OR Renovation - Dallas, TX

Senior Project Manager, OR Renovation manages new build and renovation projects from purchase order through completion. The role supports pre-sales quoting and selling activities and then leads post-sale planning, vendor management, budgeting, and project execution through customer sign off.

• Manage OR Renovation projects end-to-end including quoting, selling, planning, vendor management, and budgeting
• Identify renovation project scope and coordinate across operations, quality, sales, finance, vendors, and direct customers
• Develop renovation project plans and phases including timelines and risk mitigation
• Influence project stakeholders and prioritize tasks while recommending process improvements
• Deliver presentations of Stryker solutions to customer stakeholders

This is a construction and renovation project management role focused on execution of project scope, timelines, budgeting, and risk mitigation, with structured stakeholder engagement across Sales, Customer Care, third-party vendors, Quality and Regulatory, and internal construction/biomed/purchasing stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a senior project manager with strong construction and construction management experience, able to run OR renovation and build projects end-to-end. They have a proven track record managing scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, and stakeholder relationships while delivering measurable results across cost, quality, revenue, customer satisfaction, and schedule.
