Senior Project Manager, OR Renovation - North Carolina

This role manages operating room (OR) renovation projects from purchase order through project completion, supporting the regional Program Manager across pre-sales and delivery activities. The position emphasizes construction and project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and delivery against Revenue, Quality, Cost, Customer Satisfaction, and Schedule metrics.

• Support quoting and pre-sales activities for OR Renovation leads, Manage OR Renovation projects end-to-end through customer sign off, Coordinate scope identification and project plans across internal teams and third-party vendors, Develop project plans/phases including timelines, risks, and construction documentation, Influence stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer experience across phases

The technical scope centers on construction management deliverables, including quoting, planning, vendor management, budgeting, defining renovation scope, managing project phases and transitions, and creating construction documentation with timeline/risk/resource planning. It includes presenting Stryker solutions to customer stakeholders across facilities and purchasing groups.

The ideal candidate is a senior project management professional with strong construction and construction management experience managing OR renovation projects from purchase order through project completion. They can handle quoting, selling, planning, vendor management, and budgeting while influencing a wide range of healthcare facility stakeholders to deliver customer satisfaction, quality, cost, and schedule performance.
