About this role

ACCELERA Solutions seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Tester/Engineer to support the DoD EITaaS program; responsible for end-to-end testing of hardware, software, and ITAM-related processes, with focus on ServiceNow SAM Pro/HAM and defect management in an Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead testing efforts for ServiceNow SAM Pro/HAM
Design, develop, and execute test plans/cases
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Defect management via Jira or ServiceNow ITSM
Generate test reports

Technical Overview

Testing across hardware/software, end-to-end, with ServiceNow SAM Pro and HAM modules; Jira/ServiceNow ITSM for defect tracking; test automation tooling (Python, Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman); Agile/Scrum environment.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior QA professional with strong ServiceNow SAM Pro/HAM experience in an Agile environment, able to test hardware and software within a DoD/DAF program, and hold or be able to obtain Secret Clearance.
