Senior Quality Engineer driving quality across data-rich applications by designing test strategies and automated testing frameworks. Partners with developers and product stakeholders to increase test coverage and support agile delivery and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites (UI, API, data validation, performance)
  • Implement automated tests for REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and data pipelines
  • Ensure robust test coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing
  • Validate highvolume datasets, transformations, ingestion pipelines, and data models
  • Support agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, documentation, and release readiness

Technical Overview

Builds automated UI, API, data validation, and performance test suites with Python as the primary scripting language. Implements REST/GraphQL API testing for microservices and data pipelines and ensures robust testing across functional, regression, integration, performance, and security domains with CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins, using AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud Platform and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a Senior Quality Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on quality engineering experience building automated testing frameworks. They are strong in Python and REST/GraphQL API testing and have experience validating microservices, distributed systems, and data workflows. They also bring CI/CD pipeline and cloud testing experience across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with tools such as PyTest, Robot, Playwright/Selenium, and Postman.
